Other than free tools on the web, I would like to suggest SEOElite that is paid tool and help in whole SEO process.

Free tools generally check reciprocal link for a particular URL but here you can get whole information just by submiting main URL of your site an partner's site......you will also get anchor text which has been to use to link exchange.......

that's what you called bad neighborhood.. avoid doing business with that kind of sites for your site not to be banned or penalized by google..

You need to be careful when using and sort of a spider that crawls the web that can be related to your site. They leave footprints that Google can see and your sites can get penalized for that as it doesn't appear natural. Reciprocal link checkers aren't as bad as SERP spiders used in software like SEO Elite and IBP9.
