Hi,

Some comments:

1. title too long, concentrate on a few targeted keywords on this page 2-3 main keywords. The other keywords can be optimized on the other pages.

2. I don't know if all these meta tags you have really help

3. you have 4-5 H1 tags on your home page. H1 it should be used only ONCE.

4. Use a hierarchical order for Headings
