Keyword density

I have little bit confused about keyword density.
Can any one tell to me about this

Keyword density is important because search engines use this information to categorize a site's theme, and to determine which terms the site is relevant to. The perfect keyword density will help achieve higher search engine positions. Keyword density needs to be balanced correctly.

i'm not quite sure whether keyword density now would have a lot of impact on seo like it used to because from my reading and learning from seo materials it looks like site that has clear theme would benefit more.

Keyword Density may not have a big impact in SERP's but it helps your site somehow. Keyword Density is the measurement of your targeted keywords used in your content. A good way to balance it and not an excessive way of using your keyword called Keyword Stuffing.

For today I don't do that anymore just emphasize your keywords at your quality content.

No.. perfect keyword density helps in SERPs,

just know the right balance of it to avoid to be flagged as keyword spamming or not to have the optimum benefit.

What you are saying that KD dont have impact on SERPs but helps your site somehow, meaning to say it helps on other aspect not in SERPs..

What I'm saying that it helps in SERPs, as simple as that

Again i didn't say "KD don't have impact on SERP's" what I said is "may
not have a BIG impact in SERP's" it means it does have impact but the
effect is not that big!

SO, what's your basis of saying that KD may NOT have big impact on SERPs?
